Welcome to AfroArte! By placing an order via our webshop afroarte.store, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Read them carefully so that you know what to expect from us.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all products you purchase via afroarte.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and prices
We do our best to describe all products clearly and honestly. Do you have any questions? Please contact us.
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).

4. Order and payment
Your order is complete once you have received a confirmation by email. You can pay safely via the payment methods offered on the website, such as iDEAL, PayPal or credit card.

5. Shipping and delivery
We will ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary, for example during holidays or postal delays.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace code if applicable.

6. Returns and cooling-off period
Are you not satisfied with your order? Then you have 14 days to change your mind, calculated from the day you received the product.
Let us know within that period that you want to return by email (opr.henraat@hotmail.com). You then have another 14 days to return the product.
The costs for return shipping are for your own account. As soon as we have received the product in good condition, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days.

Please note: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

7. Warranty and complaints
Is there something wrong with the product? Let us know as soon as possible. You are entitled to a good product, as the law says.
In case of a complaint, send an email with your order number and a clear explanation to opr.henraat@hotmail.com. We will respond within 5 working days.

8. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of our products. We are also not responsible for carrier errors or delays beyond our control.

10. Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In the event of disputes, the Dutch court shall have jurisdiction.
